Typical project procedure:

The authorised Government department or local developers are able to deliver following papers to Bahia Corp for immediate evaluation:
 
  • Project Proposal 
  • Feasibility Study
  • Engineering reports 
  • Federal / Provincial Government Approval or Permit's

Upon appraisal done by the Investment Groups, Bankers, Finance Houses & Bahia Corp. We will issue a Letter of
Intent showing willingness of participation by the investors or commercial entities.
